Mexican Philosophy at the SAAP

This is just to announce that Carlos Alberto Sánchez, my co-host of this blog, will be giving the Plenary Address at the 2016 meeting of the Society for the Advancement of American Philosophy in Portland, Oregon. His talk is titled “Twentieth Century Mexican Philosophy for a 21st Century Inter-American Philosophy,” and will be held on Thursday, March 3rd at 6pm.

The following morning, we will follow up with a panel on Carlos’s work, Mexican philosophy in the US today and tomorrow, inter-American philosophy, and wherever the discussion leads us. Once again, this is good news for Mexican philosophy in the US!
